• unfortunately not. all our artists work hard to sequence an album or EP of material and we genuinely believe the best experience is in purchasing the entire release as intended by the artist. We very much still believe in the value of the album as a whole and as such, we don’t offer single songs for sale.

  • Please check our dedicated demo submissions page to see if we’re currently in the position of looking for additional acts.

  • how quickly your file is delivered will obviously depend on the quality of your internet connection. we always store our content on super-fast servers. the file(s) will remain on your My Account page, under “downloads” for you to download again.

  • please reach out to us via our refund policy page so that we can help you figure out what’s going wrong and rectify your situation.

  • our .wav files are lossless, uncompressed files, which means the quality of the file is technically higher than our .mp3 downloads. This makes the files considerably bigger (generally 3-4 times the size of our 320kbps MP3s), and therefore they cost us considerably more in bandwidth to deliver to you than our .mp3’s do. the cost differential is [and will always be] very small.

  • .wav files are the original lossless master files of all of our tracks and mixes. The MP3s are encoded from these master WAVs at 320kbps at a continuous bit rate.

  • our .mp3 downloads are 320kbps continuous bitrate files. Our .wav downloads are 44.1khz 16-bit WAV files.

Neither of our digital formats has any kind of DRM (Digital Rights Management) or copy protection built in as we believe that most people want to be treated as customers and not potential criminals – DRM is easily circumvented and just puts an obstacle in the way of enjoying music.
